We explain what data we process, why we process it, and how we protect it. No analytics or ads.

Data we process

• Account data: email and username to authenticate you and show your basic profile.
• Synced state: projects, rituals, selected project, theme, language, and timer settings to keep them across devices when signed in.
• Local preferences: timer settings stored on your device and theme when signed in.
• Local sync cache (signed in): short-lived cache on your device to speed up syncing.
• Authentication session cookies described in the cookie policy.
• Plan status and access: current plan, trial, and access dates to manage premium access.
• Payments: processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). We don't store full card details.

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the app and your authenticated access (service performance).
• Sync your state across devices (service performance).
• Basic security and service continuity (legitimate interest, no commercial profiling).
• Process payments and activate premium access (service performance).

Retention

We keep your data while you maintain your account. If you delete it or request it, we'll delete your data and premium access unless legal obligations apply. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy for tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing and third parties

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the app, including Lemon Squeezy for payments (merchant of record) and tax handling. We don't sell your data or run advertising or commercial profiling.
